Stunning statement piece is in excellent structural condition, featuring a Solid walnut body with gorgeous burled walnut veneer panels on the drawer fronts. Includes Classic geometric framing and beautiful incised "spoon" carvings on fluted side stiles. 4 well-constructed drawers featuring sturdy antique dovetailed joints and original keyholes.
Sits on a solid, structurally excellent plinth base with a subtle molded profile. The flat, sturdy platform base provides incredible stability and keeps the piece grounded, typical of premium late 19th-century bedroom cabinetry. The hardware is updated with modern flat white ceramic knobs to give a modern-vintage look.
