Brazilian rosewood dog bed with bone inlay on satin nickel base, studio-made and signed by Frank Pollaro. The wood is newly refinished and shows beautifully. The upholstered portions are original but show no signs of use. The dog to whom this belonged, unsurprisingly, had a permanent spot on her owner’s beds, sofas, and chairs.
The style and blend of materials lend themselves well to Scandinavian, mid century modern, and contemporary interiors.
