Magnificent and rare art deco modernist free-standing desk. Design by j.a. Muntendam for l.o.v. Oosterbeek. Striking dutch design from the 1920s. Solid oak base with three drawers with original macassar ebony knobs on the front side and on the back side an open book bookcase with original two doors. The top with original black lacquered lining is re-upholstered with yellow faux leather fabric. Locks and key are in good working order. Marked with original manufacturers tag. This wonderful art deco modernist free-standing desk by j.a. Muntendam for l.o.v. Oosterbeek is in very good original condition with a beautiful patina. this piece has an attribution mark,
