These are new pewter chargers from Arte Italica, "Peltro" pattern. They have never been used, and all are in their original boxes. It is a set of 16.
They are beautiful and unique and sell for much higher on the Arte Italica website. They are priced to sell at 1/3 new retail price. They are made in Italy from Grade 95 pewter, which is the highest grade of pewter.
We bought the chargers about 20 years ago because we were attempting to build a house with an 1800's hand-hewn log cabin attached on one side. We thought these would look great in the "log cabin" dining room.
Unfortunately that project never came to be, and they have been stored in our house for the past 20 years. Now we would love for someone else to use them.
