Subject, Style, and Materials: Suspended thurible crafted from solid cast brass. The structure is embellished with rich engraved and embossed decorations typical of the period, featuring elegant leaf motifs and the Christological monogram (Chi-Rho) expertly perforated on the dome to allow the incense to spread. It comes complete with its long and original chain link system for suspension and opening.
