This small Alsatian folk art ceramic vase, dating from 1900, is the work of Léon Elchinger. Made of terracotta, it has a glossy glaze. The milky background is beautifully transparent and nuanced. Its decoration is simple: a green floral frieze and orange dots. It is a charming ceramic piece.
The ceramic is antique, dating from 1900. It is made of glazed terracotta. There are some losses to the rim, visible in the photos. The ceramic is signed on the bottom.
