The base is finished … Read more 19th century Swedish side table or console, crafted in pine and retaining its original painted finish. The base is finished in a tone somewhere between beige and aged antique white, while the top has been left in contrasting natural pine. The table features three drawers with fluted carved detail, including one larger central drawer flanked by two square side drawers. Tapered fluted legs further accent the form and give it a Swedish country look. Years of use are revealed in the many scratches, gouges, stains, and an old repair seen running horizontally along the front, all of which add to the authentic look and age of the table. Restored, Strong, stable, and ready to use.
