Frames are sturdy and stable. Upholstery does show all over wear. There are stains all over especially on the arms and seat front. One chair does have a pink stain on the side and cushion. There are no rips or tears but the upholstery does look used. Several small chips to the wood frame. The two throw pillows are included and do have small stains. less
