This rare, framed etching is an artist original proof limited edition dry point etching, and is pencil signed by the artist, titled "Home". Her favorite subject was the Scottish Terrier. She and her husband bred and exhibited the breed. Marguerite Kirmse's art is highly collectible, especially among dog enthusiasts. The etching is under glass, matted in a black wood frame.
