This is a Neoclassical style 4 candelabra lights brass chandelier from 90's.
It features a faux-porphyry or marbleized obelisk mounted on a tiered dark base supported by a turtle sculpture. Curved brass bands sweep upwards to a central suspension ring and canopy. Equipped with four perimeter scrolling arms ending in dark faux-candle sleeves and flame-tip bulbs. Chandelier only is D 24" x H 31". Height below is including chain and ceiling canopy.
