A dinner plate from Hotel Tamanaco, Caracas Venezuela
This historical hotel inaugurated in 1953 was financed and operated by Intercontinental Hotel, a division of Pan American World Airwais (Pan Am)
The name was changed in the 1970's
Wide cerulean blue border with gilt rim, the hotel logo is intentionally asymmetrically placed at around 2 o'clock
The plate is marked Mayer China, Beaver Falls PA, USA 257
Measurements: Approximately 10.5" diameter (across)
