In very good original condition showing some typical age-appropriate wear from normal use
Professionally matted and framed with a visible embossed windmill mark in its lower left hand corner and signed on its lower right
There is some visible spotting to the but most seems to be on the glass or matting as you can see the dots cast a shadow on the image
