Solid wood with 6 drawers, that pull all the way out, capable of storing more then it looks like. I do have the coffee table from the same set as well. Unpainted so far. It just did not call for the paint as this piece did. I painted it in a soft sage green chalk paint and waxed to a beautiful sheen.I took the original pulls and replaced them with nice chunky glass knobs, brand new.It really softens the whole piece up. Shabby Chic, Cottagecore. On the sides are brass handles for lifting reasons.Perfect for a nightstand, or end table. I happen to make a living painting furniture for 20years. See less
