When legs are folded in this works as a perfect serving tray, on a bar, dresser, or ottoman. When legs are open there is a tab underneath that will lock legs into position for breakfast in bed, midnight snacks on the sofa, or as a lap desk for your computer or writing projects. The legs fold back into hidden position and stay in place with small metal knobs.
To lock the legs simply pull the tab out and rotate the bar to lock the leg and hide the tab again.
