Set of three antique ornithological seabird prints by Lydon, printed by Morris, circa 1880, featuring the Sandwich Tern, Common Tern, and Swift Tern.
Beautifully rendered in delicate hand-colored tones, the compositions capture the elegance of English late 19th-century natural history illustration. Origin of prints is labeled on verso for provenance.
Each print is newly custom framed using solid wood gilt mouldings with archival linen-embossed matting and museum-grade anti-glare plexiglass glazing.
