A mid-century masterpiece in miniature. This teak storage chest mimics the iconic aesthetic of full-scale Scandinavian tambour-door credenzas. Crafted in Thailand for Teak-Tech of Dallas in the 1970s, it brings a high-end architectural feel to mundane storage. The dual tambour doors meet in the center and disappear into the sides when opened.
Highly versatile in a modern home: use it as a "tech garage" to hide remotes or routers, a bar or tabletop storage box, or an elegant office organizer. This model also has integrated wall mounts on the back, allowing it to function as a floating decorative shelf.
Measures 21.5"w x 9"h x 7"d. Approximately 6" deep on the interior. In very good vintage condition with some shallow scratches on the top left corner.
