Pair of armchairs made in the 1920s, Art Deco style, of French origin.
Generously shaped and enveloping, they rest on four dark-stained wooden ball feet. The wooden frame is fully upholstered in deep red velvet, highlighting the curved lines of the back and armrests. The discreet button tufting on the back adds subtle texture without weighing down the overall design.
Provenance: Villa Isler, Wohlen, Switzerland.
