Wrapped in smooth mahogany grain, each drawer opens by large, turned wood knobs in ebonized effect, surrounded by the light-toned trim that is carved with intermittent nodes to appear as bamboo. Note the chest is made in two sections for easier transportation and relocation: the upper two rows of drawers are one unit and the lower two drawers plus the feet are a separate unit. Cleaned, tightened, and polished with a French paste wax this antique storage piece is ready for your interior. We believe this to be in good antique condition considering its age, and any visible signs of wear are captured in the photos.
