This is a beautifully preserved vintage serving tray from Abercrombie & Fitch featuring the celebrated racehorse Eclipse after the iconic painting by George Stubbs. Crafted in England, this sophisticated tray combines classic sporting art with timeless English club-room elegance.
Unlike many similar examples made from metal, this tray is constructed of wood with a glossy black lacquered finish and subtle gilt-toned edging, giving it a warmer and far more refined presence. The recessed brass-toned handles and richly framed equestrian print evoke the atmosphere of a traditional gentleman’s library, hunting lodge, or upscale tack room.
