The exterior features a gold-toned alloy casing with a black lid panel decorated with an inlaid landscape scene depicting Mount Fuji and traditional Japanese architecture. The interior contains a bevelled glass mirror and a secondary hinged compartment for powder storage, which bears the "Clover" inscription. The integrated musical movement is powered by a manual winding key and is designed to activate automatically when the lid is opened. An original pink textile powder puff with the "Clover" logo is included.
