For those unfamiliar with them: Several kilograms of coffee beans were poured into the top of the container. To dispense a specific amount for a customer or guest, the lower knob was turned slightly, and the beans rolled out. A small chute helped with more precise measuring.

The chrome-plated front with its hammered finish is particularly attractive. This also makes the dispenser suitable for home use.
Behind the glass window is an old price tag from a time when coffee was so much cheaper.

This beautiful piece is fully functional and cleaned and it shows only a few signs of wear. A strip at the bottom appears to be missing. Barely noticeable. See less
