- Chair is in good structural condition all nice solid joints. There is where and small marks and next to the … moreChair is in good structural condition all nice solid joints. There is where and small marks and next to the finish of the wood. The Upholstery was redone at some point, but while usable does have some age to it foam feel soft inside, but we do recommend reupholstery the Ottoman same condition as chair, except for there is a crack that is clearly pictured in one of the joints, if we finished, this can easily be resecured and made to look like it didn’t exist less
