This is an elegant antique French Louis XVI style equestrian bergère armchair, believed to be from between 1890-1920.
Features a beautifully carved walnut frame with fluted legs, scroll arms, subtle floral detailing along the crest, and horse and still life upholstery, neutral textured upholstery trimmed in decorative braid and a coordinating cushion in a charming toile-inspired fabric.
Solid, sturdy and ready to use, with light age-appropriate wear to the upholstery.
