This vintage blue and white ceramic commemorative ashtray/catchall is from the Casa Oaci restaurant located at Puerta Cerrada in Madrid, Spain.
It was produced in celebration of the restaurant's 63rd anniversary marking the dates March 3, 1933-March 3, 1996.
Signigicance of the Inscriptions:
3-3-33:
The date Francisco Morales, known as "Paco" resounded the tavern and gave it his name.
3-3-96:
The 63rd anniversary date, making this specific piece a vintage souvenir from the mid-1990's.

About Casa Paco:
Founded originally in 1870 and revamped in 1933, Casa Paco is one of Madrid's most iconic traditional taverns. Known as a legendary steakhouse specializing in stone-grilled meats and traditional cocido madrilene (chickpea-based stew).
The tavern has hosted numerous celebrities over the decades including Earnest Hemingway Ava Gardner.
