A beautiful and rare vintage table lamp by Robert Kostka, the celebrated French ceramic designer. Made in France in the 1990s, this piece features a rounded bulbous ceramic base in a warm amber 'Melon' reactive glaze — a finish unique to each piece, giving it an organic, one-of-a-kind character.
Retains its original beige fabric shade, which is increasingly rare for Kostka lamps and complements the warm tones of the base beautifully.
Clearly marked 'Made in France by Kostka' on the socket fitting. European plug (E27 fitting) — rewiring for US use is straightforward for any electrician.
