This elegant oak chair was originally designed for the Royal Danish Yacht Club’s first clubhouse in Copenhagen, located at Pinnebergs Ravelin by Langelinie. At the time, the club was housed in rented premises owned by De Forenede Bryggerier (The United Breweries).
Crafted from solid, dark-stained oak, the chair features traditional joinery and rich hand-carved details. The tall backrest is carved with three stars, a royal crown, and the year 1902, commemorating the first clubhouse. The seat is upholstered in brown leather, adding both comfort and character.
A rare example of early 20th-century Danish craftsmanship, this piece combines historic provenance with decorative appeal.
