The chair is marked with the … Read more Beautiful, rare armchair designed by Ejvind Johansson and produced by Feldballes Mobelfabrik in Denmark. The chair is marked with the manufacturer's stamp and the date February 2, 1963. Architect and designer Ejvind A. Johansson succeeded Borge Mogensen as chief designer at the FDB design studio. This armchair stands out due to its beautiful, simple, straight design and high level of seating comfort. The frame is made of solid oak, and the seat and backrest have been reupholstered with a similar wool checkered fabric that was originally on the armchair.
