Vintage Stone & Resin Amun-Ra Egyptian Bookends, Metropolitan Museum of Art.
This model is described as Ammon Ra Ram. XVIII dynasty. 1557-1530 BC
Amon is the invisible murmur that animates creation. Here it is depicted as a ram with the folded horns. Amon wears the headdress of the Nemes, as well as a false beard, symbols that indicates this a god. On the front of the pedestal is represented the pharaoh receiving the offering of the Lotus and white bread.
The measurement is 6.5" tall and 3.75" by 3.5". Solid cast black stone resin
