Very fine pair of turned oak candlesticks, Classic proportions with a wide curved base foot and rising column to a step-down column, and finally an egg-shaped bowl. The bowl has been fitted with a metal bobesch set by wax to hold modern slim tapers. Handsome and refined with a darkened mahogany color patina and green felt bottom covers. The measurements are 6.75" in diameter and 12.5" tall. Antique early 20th century
