Produced in the 1960s by Novo Rumo, this Brazilian Modern credenza is distinguished by its sculptural bow-shaped detailing and exceptional use of Brazilian rosewood, or jacarandá. The piece features five doors arranged across a wide, horizontal façade: two cabinet sections on each side and a central section incorporating four drawers, offering generous and highly functional storage.
The credenza rests on two horizontal legs connected by a wooden stretcher, lending structural rhythm while maintaining a grounded yet elegant stance. The rosewood exterior displays deep, dramatic grain patterns and rich brown tones, while the interior reveals a lighter finish that creates visual contrast when opened. The entire piece has been meticulously refinished, restoring the wood to excellent condition.
