The figurine has a nicely sculpted body, with a cute face with little black dots for eyes, golden neck and crest, as well as gold filled wings in clear glass. It is created with white Zanfirico net ribbons and blue twisting Zanfirico ribbons. The pattern alternates throughout the body. The bird also sits on a large base, formed like a Lilly pad leaf, also filled with gold leaf. Would make a great display piece on any desk, curio cabinet or vanity. You will be able to showcase it as a decorative piece in any room. Mid-century era. Measures 6" tall x 4 1/2” long x 3” wide.
