This is an antique lamp that is in working condition. Wired for US outlets. The shade does have all over light scratches to the green paint and scratches to the interior. Shade is slightly bent out of shape. Brass does show all over light patina and wear. Light scratches to the interior of the bouillote base. Lamp wobbles very slightly because the cord runs along the bottom under the felt pad. Replaced plastic light covers. The lamp cord has darkened with age. Last photo is ai generated.
