Produced during Baldwin’s most design-forward period, this piece reflects a clear shift away from traditional cabinetry toward clean-lined modernism influenced by Scandinavian design. ***Update. 05/01/2006: Chris, owner of Perfect Piano Tuning in Peoria AZ conducted a full diagnostic, did minor adjustments, and a full tuning giving this piano a good bill of health! I have video of him playing scales after tuning available!
Very well preserved with a clean, even walnut finish and desirable patina. Exterior had been meticulously cleaned, polished, oiled & all brass polished. Light, age-appropriate wear. Original components present. It sounds great but as with all vintage pianos, tuning is recommended after relocation. See less
