Matte finish with a raised gloss design both sides are the same. Measures 18" tall by 15" wide center approx. 3.5" deep. There are some scraps on one side (see photo) easy fix with hobby paint. Otherwise no other significant damage. Purchased at Steve Star Studios in Chicago in 1979. He specialized in Deco pieces for anyone from Chicago in the know. See less
