A charming child-sized ladder-back rocker in the American country tradition, likely Appalachian or New England. Features four shaped slats, turned ball finials, scrolled flat arms, turned posts and stretchers, and a classic hand-woven split-oak (or wide cane) seat. Sits on traditional bent rockers. Warm honey-toned hardwood (likely maple or hickory) with lovely aged patina.

A delightful French Provincial child's chair with the iconic hand-cut heart-shaped cutout in the back splat — a beloved motif of French country folk furniture. Yoke-form crest rail, solid plank seat, square legs, and box stretcher. The honey-warm fruitwood (cherry or pear) finish has developed a beautiful aged glow.
