The design was designed by Cory Grosser and produced by Pier Luigi Frighetto in 2005. Their dimensions—height 76 cm, seat 40 cm, depth 80 cm, width 105 cm—make them ideal for any space, whether adjacent or separate.
Crafted from genuine leather, they are distinguished by their contrasting colors—one in black and the other in white—emphasizing their complementary and interconnecting character.
The supporting structure is made of beech and poplar wood, a choice that ensures solidity and durability. The base, with a lightweight yet sturdy design, is made of a laser-cut chromed steel plate, adding a refined, industrial touch. Both the structure and the cushions are padded with polyurethane foam, designed to offer ergonomic comfort.
Grosser, an American designer and educator, is known for his philosophy, defined as "Happy Minimalism," which combines formal simplicity with a positive approach to design. Founder of Positive Industrial Design in Los Angeles in 2001, he has collaborated with numerous European companies and exhibited his work internationally in Italy, Germany, and Japan.
