Antique English Staffordshire spill vase with a horse. Horses are one of the more rare figures. Spill vases were used as decorative holders on mantles and in kitchens to hold long stem matches (spills). As with most early Staffordshire, there is no maker's mark.
Very Good condition; light wear to paint, crazing, firing flaws.
