She is known for her hyper-realistic botanical sculptures.
Viennet captures the organic beauty of "Star Apples" (Caimito) with remarkable precision.

The fruits and textured green leaves are individually sculpted and fixed to a fine porcelain base featuring a delicate white-on-white embossed floral motif and a classic gilded green rim.

The underside has the hand-painted signature: "Christine Viennet, France."

Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
Under magnification, the fruit glaze displays a fine crystalline area, a natural mineral characteristic of the artisanal firing process that highlights the unique, studio-made origin of this specific piece. This crystalline area appears on only one of the Star Apple - see last photo of plate and Apples (A Macro shot of the crystalline areas).
