While the aesthetic of the chromed cruciform bases shares similarities with Pierre Paulin’s designs for Artifort, the internal construction suggests high quality German manufacturing in the tradition of the Knoll Antimott era. Unlike many models from this period, the internal frame is crafted from solid beech wood. The upholstery features an integrated spring core, providing excellent dimensional stability and firm seating comfort.
