Its tall, slightly tapered form is reinforced by hand-incised horizontal rings, and it features its original twisted fiber and wire handle, allowing it to be hung from rafters or animal saddles.

The wood has been scoured by the desert sands and sun, resulting in a stunning "bone-dry" matte patina with a pale, sandy-oak hue. The interior retains the deep, dark character of its original use, creating a beautiful contrast with the weathered exterior.
