- Lovely, honest, darkened patination throughout. The mirror is structurally sound and free of chips/breaks/repairs. It retains its original hanging chain … moreLovely, honest, darkened patination throughout. The mirror is structurally sound and free of chips/breaks/repairs. It retains its original hanging chain and mirror plate, the glass showing age-related silvering, spotting, marks and imperfections throughout (see last 4 photos for details). There is minor surface wear to the wood frame. On the backside, the backing is warped which is typical with all of these mirrors, however, it does not keep the mirror from resting flat against the wall.
