Elegant modernist armchair from the Art Deco period, crafted in solid walnut with walnut veneer. The box-shaped frames with chamfered edges reflect the geometric explorations characteristic of the interwar years.
The back and seat retain their original upholstery: a geometric Art Deco fabric featuring angular, abstract motifs in a warm color palette. The fabric shows some minor wear consistent with age and use (see photos). However, retaining its original textile in this condition is uncommon and enhances the overall authenticity of the piece.
Straight, slightly tapered legs accentuate the clean, architectural silhouette of the armchairs.
