It has handmade glass, … Read more Charming antique Dutch 19th Century Tea Display Cabinet with removable tray.
In Dutch it's called, theekastje.
It has handmade glass, which is recognizable by slight waviness and imperfections.
The door has leaded glass and are held by two chains.

The cabinet is made of solid oak and is in good condition considering it's long journey through history.

The tray is a bit curved, and doesn't lay completely flat on top of the cabinet, but that doesn't take away from the charm.
I have not polished the tray, and have not treated it with anything, but a wood restorer could be used and could revive it's original state, because there are some slight visible circles on the tray from probably teapots or cups.
The cabinet bottom is removable and made out of thinner wood. Also there are some circle visible in the wood.
