This Tensor dining table pairs a clear rectangular glass top with beveled ends and a sculptural walnut base. Two broad wood supports are cut with upper openings, while curved metal tubing extends from the short sides and travels through the center with a precise architectural line. The composition of glass, wood, and metal gives the table a sense of movement while maintaining strong geometric order. It is in good condition with visible and minimal wear from usage. There are visible chips beneath the metal.

Exclusive designer of the Tresserra Collection, Jaime Tresserra presented his first furniture collection at the International Furniture Fair in Valencia in 1987, where he received the award for best modern furniture design. He continued to present new work annually at the International Furniture Fairs in Milan and Cologne, earning recognition from both the public and critics. In the early 1990s, his designs received honors including the ID International Design Magazine Award for the Carlton-House piece Butterfly, the International Design Review Award ’90 in New York, and the ID Golden Award for Dune. For the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games, he completed the interior design for twenty-eight luxury apartments on the top floors of the Arts Building, now Hotel Arts, a project that brought wider international recognition to his work.
