Italian Renaissance Style Walnut Sgabello Chair
Hand-carved from solid walnut with a rich, aged patina and visible natural grain. The tall back features a carved mascaron face crowned with a sunburst motif, framed by scrolling acanthus leaves and classical detailing.
The seat has a distinctive circular indentation with surrounding foliate carvings. Raised on sturdy trestle supports, including a front shield motif with decorative scrollwork.
