Vintage Studio Nova “Solaris” art glass bowl made in Germany by Walther Glas, dating to the 1980s. This sculptural bowl features a 22-petal ribbed form with a striking ombré blend of flash-coated cobalt blue, teal, and green over clear glass.
The frosted interior and vivid exterior color create strong light reflection, making it an ideal centerpiece or decorative display piece. The Solaris line is known for its radiating petal design and mid-century modern aesthetic.
The bowl is 7 1/4 inches across and 5 inches tall. It weighs nearly 3 lbs.
Condition:
Good vintage condition. There are small scrapes in the flash coating near the rim on the exterior along two ribs. No chips or cracks observed. Please review photos closely.
