A serious statement in a small footprint. This all-steel side table stops the room with its high-gloss lacquered red finish and an elegantly bifurcated Y-fork stem — a form that bridges modernist industrial design and Italian contract furniture sensibility. The monochromatic treatment is total and intentional: top, stem, and disc base all in the same saturated red, powder-coated to a smooth, even finish.

Construction is substantial — this is a heavy, well-engineered piece, not a lightweight accent table. The circular top sits cleanly above the forked stem, which tapers from a single conic column before splitting to cradle the tabletop from below. The flat disc base provides a wide, stable platform.

Unmarked. Origin unknown. Acquired from a private California estate. Shows light wear consistent with use — minor scuffing to the underside of the top and a small chip to the stem — all invisible in normal placement. The top surface presents beautifully.
