Offered is an elongated oblong carving / charcuterie board made of staved Teak wood with an end grain butcher-block inlay and a grooved rim. Marked Denmark on the bottom, this is from Dansk's early days - the late 1950s through mid 1960s - when the designs of Jens H Quistgaard were being made in his native country.
Measures 23.75" x 12" x .88" and weighs roughly 6 lbs.
The grooved edge and pooled end helps when using as a carving board to capture the juices or crumbs from flowing over the ends.
