An Austrian silver case or box with enamel guilloche and is gold-plated inside. The box is beautifully decorated with leaf motifs and features enameled guilloche in between, with a color similar to the Tiger Eye stone. The front features straight lines of the guilloche pattern, while the back is round guilloche pattern (with scratches from use). The interior is gilded and marked with the Austrian hallmark with the number 1 and the letter W, standing for sterling silver (935/000) and for Vienna.
This mark was used between 1922 and 1954.

The interior measures 7.2 cm x 5 cm.
The exterior measures 1.1 cm high, 8 cm wide, and 6 cm deep.
