Two versions of the rectangular 11-P Table Pied Corolle were designed by Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand and Pierre Jeanneret. The first, designed in 1934 for the Paris apartment of Le Corbusier, had a marble top, while the second, produced in 1935 for the House for a Young Man at the Universal Expo in Brussels, had a slate top. The table’s elegant, eye-catching style is determined by the gray cast iron pedestal base with firmly planted broad yet slender circular feet. The massive table top in natural solid walnut sits securely on the support structure. BASE Grey cast iron with circular feet. TOP Natural walnut.
